The SUPERFINE SYNTEX LIMITED, as reflects with its name, is dealing and engaged in textile related activities i.e. manufacturing of Polyester Yarn, Poly Propylene Yarn, Fine Denier Yarn, Dope Dyed Yarn, Nylon Yarn, etc., the main input for the textile industries and having its brand status in the Surat Region Yarn Manufacturing Industries.

The company has been promoted in the year 2001 by Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Manish Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Kaushik Kumar Agarwal and other Bodies Corporate. The Company is having its Registered Office at Block No.107-108, Kadodara Bardoli Road, Village : Tanti-thaiya, Taluka : Palsana, District : Surat – 394 315 (Gujarat). The Company was incorporated on 3rd day of July, 2001 with Registration No.U17116GJ2001PLC39734.

The company has established a big customer base in Gujarat and as well as out of Gujarat State, the company has product reputation in the field of Textile Industries. With the growing customer base and the over all stable and healthy business environment, the company has chalked out a growth strategy, wherein the company will continue to focus on the increased POY, PP, Nylon and other Yarn requirement for both its existing and new potential customers. Surat is one of the highest consuming belts for POY, PP, Nylon and other yarn, which are used as raw material by Texturisers, weavers, etc. For producing such products the company uses both the imported and indigenous raw materials.

The company has set up its Continuous Spinning Plant at Tanti-thaiya, Surat. The Plant has started with initially installed production capacity of 3,000 tones per annum to produce POY Yarn expanded upto the level of 6,500 and 7,200 tones in the financial year 2004-05 and 2008-09 respectively and the company is also very hope full to increase its production capacity by forthcoming expansion programme. The company is also having an integrated manufacturing Knitted Fabrics at its POY plant site.

Promoters and other top management

The Company was promoted by Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Manish Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Kaushik Kumar Agarwal and other Bodies Corporate. At present the following persons are the Directors of the Company.

Shri Manoj Kumar Agarwal

Chairman cum Managing Director, having the rich experience of 23 year in the field of Textile Business and having the parental shadow of textile business, promoted the company for the purpose of manufacturing of Basic Textile Industrial inputs of mass consumption i.e. Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) along-with his family members. Earlier immediate before the constitution of the company Mr. Manoj Agarwal was Director of the companies which were engaged in the textile related production activity i.e. Sizing, Texturing etc. During the tenor of the directorship he has gained good experience of Market of the Polyester Yarn. In order to avail the expertise and experience of respective field and to make broad base of the company.

Mr. Manish Kumar Agarwal

Director, having 12 years experience in Marketing and Selling of Fabrics, and looks after wholesaling. He gained good marketing experience and direct connections with the synthetic fabric market, provides good information on the future outlook of synthetic yarn that helps in pro-active decision making for the yarn grade to be produced.

Mr. Kaushik Kumar Agarwal

Director, having 17 years experience of manufacturing, dyeing and processing of fabrics and looks after the production and day to day affair of the Company.
