Synthetics Chips are conveyed to the Dryer where Chips are dried. Dried Chips are put into the Extruder where Chips are melted into liquid form and poured through Spinnerates and wound on the take up winders in the form of SYNTHETICS FILAMENT YARN. This yarn is further drawn, false twisted and heat set to make Synthetics Texturised Yarn which is packed in Cartons and get ready for despatch.

Chips are fed into the chips-conveying machines that carry chips by pneumatic suction to the wet shallow located at the top of the plant. The wet chips are crystallised in the crystallizer at temperature of around 170 degrees. The crystallisation process eliminates the bulk moisture in the chips. The crystallised chips are then passed through the dryer column at temperature of around 185 degree to make completely moisture free chips. The moistures less chips are fed into extruder, which melts the chips at 290 degree temperature and forces this liquid polymer towards spin melt pumps at high pressure of around 130 kg/cm sq. These pumps shower the liquefied chips through the spinnerets that are connected to these pumps. The liquid shower of polymer is converted into solid yarn at the time of its fall in the quench camber, which gives continuous cool air that flew from chilled air washer having micron filters. The frozen polymer is given anti-static spin finish treatment and then it is taken to the winders that wind it on paper tubes. When the bobbin size is full the paper tubes are taken out from the winders and passed for quality check where each spool is individually checked. The checked spools are then categorically arranged grade wised and later packed in pallet / cartons on dispatch to the customer.
